Is it possible to change my appointment?
Absolutely. Log into your patient portal by following the link at the top of the page to update your appointment time without charge.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We highly recommend a 24hr cancellation policy if you cannot make your appointment. Simply log into your portal to make changes.
How does the billing process work?
We are a cash-based service (at this time) so we’ll ask for your payment information at the time of the visit.
What is the process for managing paperwork?
The best way is to upload your paperwork through your patient portal for fast, direct review. If needed, you may fax our office as well.
Can I receive a receipt for my appointment?
Absolutely! We recommend you send your superbill from our appointment to your insurer for a possible reimbursement.
