Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 Minutes): $350

Comprehensive review of medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and a collaborative treatment plan.

Follow-up & medication management (20 minutes): $125

Ongoing monitoring of medication efficacy, side effect management, and targeted therapeutic support.

Accepted Payment Methods

All major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are accepted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Superbills)

While this practice does not accept insurance directly, you may still be able to utilize your out-of-network benefits.

A detailed receipt (Superbill) can be provided upon request. Submit this document to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network behavioral health benefits.
