About

Meet Scott Arno, PA-C, MPAS

Feel confident, clear, and supported at every step. I work with you to find the right diagnosis, then match treatment to what you actually need, with or without medication. Through deep listening, compassion, and evidence-based medicine, I help you find the path forward.

Why I do this

Psychiatric care works best when it’s human. Over 12+ years as a PA, I’ve seen how much changes when a patient feels truly listened to: the diagnosis gets clearer, the treatment gets better, and the conversation gets more honest. My goal is simple: take the time to understand your whole story, rule out what else might be going on, and build a plan with you. Boldly human care, from someone who listens.

My Approach

1

Listen First
Your story comes before any prescription.

2

Treat the Whole Person
Sleep, stress, relationships, and daily life all matter.

3

Rule Out Medical Causes
Thyroid, sleep, and other conditions can look like anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I order labs when needed.

4

Talk openly about substances
Alcohol, caffeine, and other substances, without judgment.

5

Work toward a clear diagnosis.
Treating the right thing matters.

6

Build the plan together.
Lifestyle strategies, skills, therapy coordination, and medication when it helps. You make the final call.
